This promotion involves the entitlement of an eligible person, as defined inthese terms and conditions, to $250 either in the form of direct debit into a nominated bank account or a cheque or agift voucher (Referral Payment). 2. A person will only beeligible for a Referral Payment if this person refers a candidate to Candle (Referred Candidate) in accordance with these terms and conditions. 3. A person will only be eligible for a Referral Payment in relation to the placement of a Referred Candidate in a contract assignment with one of Candle’s clients if the relevant contract assignment has a term of 3 months or more and if the Referred Candidate has completed six weeks or more of this contract assignment. 4. A person will be eligible for a Referral Payment in relation to the permanent placement of a Referred Candidate after that Referred Candidate remains or has remained employed by Candle’s client for a minimum period of 3 months or for the duration of the relevant placement guarantee period, whichever is the longer period. 5. A person will only be eligible for a Referral Payment in relation to a Referred Candidate up until and including June 30, 2011. 6. A person will not be eligible for a Referral Payment in relation to a Referred Candidate if that person is a current internal as opposed to an on hired employee of Candle or its associated agencies or companies. 7. If a person is eligible for a Referral Payment in accordance with these terms, then the Referral Payment can either be issued to the eligible person at a Candle branch in the state in which the referral is made or it can be posted out by Candle to the address of the eligible person as provided to Candle by thateligible person or deposited into a bank account nominated bythe eligible person, whatever the case may be. 8. Candleand its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or usingany Referral Payment, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 9. Where applicable and without limiting clause 7, Candle and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or the loss of a Referral Payment whilst a Referral Payment is in transit. 10.
